How to Stake Pakcoins

Pakcoin Staking (mining) can be done at any computer, laptop, VPS or Raspberry Pi. You will get pakcoin blocks depending on how many pakcoins you have deposited (staked) in your wallet. More pakcoins in wallet, more blocks you will get every day until you withdraw your pakcoins from staking wallet. Here are instructions on how to stake (mine) pakcoins:

Windows:

1. Download windows wallet from www.pakcoin.io/#wallets
2. Run pakcoin-qt.exe and Allow for connections when asked
3. Make a backup as walletbackup.dat or any name you choose, from File menu and keep the backup file at multiple locations like Google Drive, One Drive etc
4. Deposit pakcoins in your wallet (better in multiple transactions)
5. Pakcoin staking will start about 2 hours after your first transaction into the wallet

Staking Rewards

Pakcoin staking rewards are not fixed and are changed from time to time automatically, based on few parameters which are; number of stakers, number of coins staked on the network, circulating supply, wallet’s online status, network ping rate, wallet’s weight, age of coins (not very important though).
As per our experience, we see reward of around 1 to 2 percent per month of the deposited coins on average and it may be lower or higher for some wallets.

Total number of coins emitted per day are around 6500, 195000 per month and close to 2.4 Million pakcoins per year.
